From business account holders:

- Business information: business name, logo, brand colors, Google review link, and other branding details you upload.
- Billing information: handled securely by our payment processor, Stripe. We do not store your full credit card details on our servers.
- Usage data: how you interact with the dashboard and platform features.
From end customers (reviewers):
- Star ratings and feedback text submitted through our customers' review pages.
- Contact information (such as name, email, or phone number) if the reviewer chooses to provide it in the private feedback form.
- Technical data such as IP address and browser type, used for security and abuse prevention.
2. How We Use Information
- To provide, operate, and maintain the Service.
- To process subscription payments through Stripe.
- To route customer feedback: sending 5-star reviewers to the business's public review page and delivering private feedback to the business owner.
- To send transactional emails: account confirmations, notifications of new feedback, billing receipts, and trial reminders.
- To improve our platform, fix issues, and develop new features.

3. Payments

- Feedback submitted by reviewers is retained by the business account that received it, in accordance with that business's use of the platform.

We use industry-standard security measures, including encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS) for all traffic, secure password storage, and access controls. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, but we are committed to protecting your data and respond promptly to any incidents.
8. Your Rights
